What You Need to Know to be on Twitter
A lot of people asked how to set-up Twitter and sent and receive Tweets. So I Have Put together the instructions here.
MOST
IMPORTANT.....It is the responsibility of the rowers to access these
messages, and to communicate them to their parents.
The coaches use twitter as a message-blasting system to push
updates regarding practice times/cancellations, regatta meet up
locations, or if extra credit workouts become available. By keeping
it in one central location, we can send one message and it'll go to
all the rowers.
You do not need an account to follow the coaches' messages. Simply going to the following links will pull up everything ever sent by the coaches, including a live feed of current updates.
Following the coaches provides real-time updates. You can set up text message alerts, or if you have a smartphone, you can download the twitter app, and it will push notifications to your phone when we send them.
