Great Bridge Crew Club!
We understand that having your child join a new athletic team - especially in a sport as unique and technical as rowing - can come with a lot of questions. Please know that you’re not alone; we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Rowing is a demanding but deeply rewarding sport that thrives on teamwork, consistency, and community. As your family learns the rhythms and routines of the season, our coaches, parent volunteers, and fellow rowers will be here to guide and encourage you. No question is ever too small.

To help new families feel confident and connected, Great Bridge Crew Club has a Member-at-Large on our Board - a dedicated parent volunteer focused on welcoming and assisting novice rowers and their families.

Beyond that, you’ll quickly discover our parent community is friendly, inclusive, and always ready to lend a hand.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Participation in rowing requires a current VHSL Physical Form on file. Additionally, all athletes must complete the club’s membership forms and submit the required USRowing waivers and membership agreements prior to participating in any practices or competitions.
Our Great Bridge Crew Club Board Secretary will be available to help answer any questions regarding the required forms. All completed forms should be emailed directly to secretary@greatbridgecrew.org.
